Fed up with the corporate greed of the
big six power and gas suppliers,
People's Energy wants to give
back 75% of its profits to the people.
To get the start up noticed,
Who Wot Why had to break a few rules.
We took a strong anti-corporate stance.
We described genuine news stories
that have fuelled a rip-off Britain.
We ditched the corporate language of
the sector and started talking in the
language of the people.
The work was banned by Facebook and
a bleeped version had to be created,
this was a bonus to a brand that craved publicity.
We designed the visual identity,
including website, and logo design.
The work is appearing in memes,
social film, TV, OOH, and online near you.
